Women Skill Development Programme
Empowering women through skill training in tailoring, handicrafts, and digital literacy — enabling financial independence.
Financial independence is the cornerstone of women's empowerment. In many rural communities, women lack access to skills training and employment opportunities, making them financially dependent and vulnerable.
Our Women Skill Development Programme provides comprehensive training in tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, and digital literacy. Each training cohort runs for 6 months, with participants receiving materials, tools, and mentorship.
Beyond skills, we provide micro-finance support and market linkages to help graduates start their own businesses. Many have formed self-help groups, creating sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families.
Over 500 women have graduated from our programme, with 70% now earning independently. Their success stories inspire the next generation and shift social attitudes about women's roles in these communities.
